I just made this and it was great! I am a big fan of shrimp, but I usually don't love recipes I make at home with it. I am so glad to have found this one.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4c lemon juice
2 tbsp light butter, melted
3 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
-Preheat oven to 425. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients, pour over shrimp.
-Bake at 425 for 8 to 10 minutes or until shrimp are done. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp; serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings, apx 200 calories per serving.
I also experimented tonight with the Ore-Ida steam and mash potatoes, and we really liked them. We tried the garlic flavor and they complimented the sauce from the shrimp really well. All you have to do is microwave and then add some milk. You should try them!
