The Best Wheat Bread

I made this bread recently, and it was by far the best one I've ever made! I think the key was letting it rise for a nice long time. I have it written on a scrap of paper so I'm not sure where I got it from.

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp oil (or applesauce)
4 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups all purpose flour (I think I used bread flour)
2 tsp dry yeast

Put all ingredients in the bread machine on the dough cycle. Put in a greased loaf pan, cover and allow to rise in a warm place for at least 20 minutes, and much longer if you'd like. Mine was around an hour. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Enjoy!!
